Aligarh Muslim University News: Professor Abdul Hakim Khan, Department of Applied Mathematics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) attended an International Conference on ‘Computational Methods in Applied Sciences’ at the Istanbul Gelisim University in Istanbul, Turkey where he delivered an oral presentation on ‘Analytical Properties of Herwitz-Lerch Zeta Function.
He spoke comprehensively on mathematical and computational methods and modelling and their applications to major areas.
Professor Khan delineated multidisciplinary applications of computational methods to critical societal and technological problems encountered in various sectors during the conference.
Earlier in a conference in New York, USA, Prof Khan received the best paper presentation award for his paper, ‘Combinatorial q-Group of q-Apple Polynomial and their Algebraic study of the Banach Space.’ Recently, he also participated in conference in Germany.
AMU Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor congratulated Prof Khan on his return.
